Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred
- college or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff according to company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work
- appraise performance
- reward and discipline staff
- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members

- assist team members with duties as needed
- execute corporate and local marketing programs
- promote sales through suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests
- investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- ensure OSHA and safety compliance
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness
- control cash procedures and review financial reports
- manage food costs through recipes and inventory control
- control labor costs using scheduling tools
- perform other assigned duties
