Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a leadership role
  • minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and OSHA regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to maintain a safe work environment
  • basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff according to company policies and laws
  • recruit, interview, and train employees
