Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years current salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale or high-end resort restaurant
- strong passion for culinary excellence and wine knowledge
- proven ability to develop team
- knowledge of systems, methods and processes for great execution
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
