Job Requirements
- Must have substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants and/or bars
- Proficient in restaurant functions such as food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out multi-step instructions
- Ability to handle quickly changing situations with many variables
- Ability to mathematically compute proper change, perform checkouts, and compute bank deposits
- Must complete required training including food and alcohol service certifications
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- High school diploma required
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Manage shifts which includes decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents
- Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
- Ensure positive guest experience in all areas, respond to complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Effectively teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff
- Train and develop hourly employees, providing and documenting regular coaching and evaluation
- Proactively recruit staff who meet Twin Peaks image and costume standards to maintain the brand promise
- Hire, supervise, counsel, and train hourly employees, maintaining documentation
- Ensure financial and payroll duties are completed accurately and on time
- Estimate food and beverage costs and work with corporate office for provisioning
- Ensure adherence to company standards, cleanliness, and safety regulations
- Maintain a professional restaurant image and ensure alcohol is served responsibly
