Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant
- Compliance with state laws regarding alcohol service for managerial roles
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and use hands for tasks
- Ability to verbally communicate and have vision capabilities
- Ability to access all restaurant areas
- Availability to work varied shifts and weekends
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in a leadership role required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work

- Build store sales by executing marketing programs
- Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meet and greet guests
- Resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, and safety codes
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- Control cash procedures and review financial reports
- Control food costs with recipe and portion control
- Control labor costs using scheduling tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
