Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of management experience in high-volume full-service restaurants
  • Ability to motivate staff and maintain a playful atmosphere
  • Strong financial acumen including profit and loss and inventory control
  • Must successfully complete required local and state compliance trainings
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • High school diploma required
  • ServSafe certification required
  • Proficient with office software such as MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and sometimes stressful situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to work night and day shifts as needed
  • Commitment to company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Prior management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Ability to apply common-sense understanding to multi-step instructions
  • Ability to handle changing situations with many variables
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations for change and deposits
  • Completion of required trainings including food and alcohol service certifications
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • ServSafe certification
  • Spanish language skills are helpful
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce injury and accidents
  • Provide daily operational direction to employees
  • Ensure positive guest experiences and handle complaints
  • Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff
  • Train and develop hourly employees with regular coaching and evaluations
  • Recruit staff meeting Twin Peaks standards
  • Hire, supervise, counsel, and train employees
  • Maintain training schedules and create shift schedules
  • Handle discrimination and harassment issues properly
  • Complete accident/incident reports
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and payroll duties
  • Estimate costs and order supplies
  • Supervise portion control and minimize waste
  • Maintain professional dress, adherence to company standards, and cleanliness
  • Enforce sanitary practices and compliance with laws
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and service
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness and proper uniforms
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Dedicate efforts to making Twin Peaks the best restaurant of its class
