Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture
  • Knowledge of restaurant systems, methods and processes for great execution
  • Demonstrated stable working history showing upward career progress
  • Current salaried management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance
