Job Requirements

  • At least two years management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills
  • Ability to manage financial responsibilities including payroll and inventory
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities
  • Ability to enforce company policies and maintain safety standards
  • Successful completion of required training including food and alcohol service certifications
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Word and Excel
  • ServSafe certification
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Prior management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant concepts
  • Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and reporting
  • Ability to apply common sense in multi-step instructions
  • Strong communication skills in English, Spanish skills helpful
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • ServSafe certification
  • Ability to handle fast-paced situations with multiple variables

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts including decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce risk of injury and accidents
  • Provide daily direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
  • Ensure positive guest experience in all areas
  • Respond to complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
  • Effectively teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff
  • Train and develop hourly employees, providing and documenting coaching and evaluation
  • Proactively recruit staff who meet brand image and costume standards
  • Supervise all restaurant staff including hiring, counseling, and training
  • Oversee financial duties such as invoices, reporting, payroll, and inventory control
  • Enforce sanitary and safety standards
  • Maintain professional restaurant image and uphold company policies and laws
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Dedicate to making Twin Peaks the best restaurant of its class
