Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant setting
  • Certification as a Food Safety Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints professionally
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to work long shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Commitment to follow all employment and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 3 years as an Assistant Manager
  • 100% certified in all workstations
  • Food Safety Manager certification required
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at all organizational levels
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Valuing diversity and respect for others
  • Proven problem-solving ability in high-stress situations
  • Ability to interpret financial statements
  • Capable of performing duties of every position
  • Ability to multitask according to business demands
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extra shifts

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations execution and management of staff
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Provide exceptional guest experience by ensuring proper training and accountability
  • Review and modify practices to continuously improve guest experience
  • Respond to guest concerns and complaints timely and professionally
  • Ensure management team and crew operate all systems correctly
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service excellence
  • Develop employees' knowledge and skills through training and work assignments
  • Provide timely, constructive coaching and feedback
  • Direct operations to consistently achieve brand standards
  • Enforce sanitary practices for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Monitor proper security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
  • Maintain compliance with employment policies and regulations
  • Proactively address and resolve problems involving customer and employee issues
