Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management or leadership roles
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- prior experience in a steakhouse or similar dining environment preferred
