Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant management experience
- proficiency with POS systems
- ability to handle flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team

- prior management experience in restaurant or food service
- experience with profit and loss responsibility
- knowledge of POS management systems
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure high performance
- oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory and quality control
- monitor profit and loss statements to achieve financial targets
- maintain excellent customer service standards
- implement POS system management and troubleshooting
- schedule employee shifts to meet business needs
- train and develop team members through continuous coaching
