Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant management experience
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • ability to handle flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • prior management experience in restaurant or food service
  • experience with profit and loss responsibility
  • knowledge of POS management systems
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • lead and manage restaurant staff to ensure high performance
  • oversee daily restaurant operations including inventory and quality control
  • monitor profit and loss statements to achieve financial targets
  • maintain excellent customer service standards
  • implement POS system management and troubleshooting
  • schedule employee shifts to meet business needs
  • train and develop team members through continuous coaching
