Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of restaurant general management experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • hold or obtain I-PACT certification within 30 days
  • hold or obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant general management experience with high volume
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • effective problem-solving abilities
  • proven leadership and coaching capabilities
  • able to obtain Iowa Program for Alcohol Compliance Training Certificate (I-PACT) within 30 days
  • able to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
  • capacity to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage accountability
  • win on fast and friendly service
  • conduct L10 weekly meetings ensuring clear understanding of responsibilities
  • maintain store-level culture
  • enforce company policies
  • manage labor costs and cost of goods sold with weekly budgets
  • uphold standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • execute quarterly employee reviews
  • oversee daily administrative tasks such as payroll and hiring paperwork
  • promote clear and transparent communication
  • foster a culture of continuous improvement and coaching
  • build dynamic front-of-house staff schedules
  • invest in management development
  • oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews of front-of-house staff
  • provide tools for maintaining restaurant appearance
  • complete cash and safe balance reports
  • conduct inventory checks
  • drive performance and development of assistant managers
  • demonstrate proficiency in front-of-house operations
  • monitor equipment and facility maintenance
  • perform customer engagement with 100% table touches
  • pioneer avenues for revenue growth
  • perform other assigned duties
