Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of restaurant general management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- hold or obtain I-PACT certification within 30 days
- hold or obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Lead and manage accountability

- oversee daily administrative tasks such as payroll and hiring paperwork
- promote clear and transparent communication
- foster a culture of continuous improvement and coaching
- build dynamic front-of-house staff schedules
- invest in management development
- oversee hiring, training, and performance reviews of front-of-house staff
- provide tools for maintaining restaurant appearance
- complete cash and safe balance reports
- conduct inventory checks
- drive performance and development of assistant managers
- demonstrate proficiency in front-of-house operations
- monitor equipment and facility maintenance
- perform customer engagement with 100% table touches
- pioneer avenues for revenue growth
- perform other assigned duties
