Job Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year experience as restaurant assistant manager salaried or hourly in regional or national quick service full service or family dining concept
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • results-oriented and self-motivated
  • excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • ability to develop and lead staff
