- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager by coaching the team
- Create a fun and inviting work environment
- Identify 5 Star Talent and schedule effectively
- Manage daily restaurant operations with support from General or District Manager
- Drive sales and profits
- Handle staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- Maintain high food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Foster teamwork and complete administrative tasks
