Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in leadership role
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- ability to meet physical demands of standing for entire shift, walking long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, stooping, tasting, smelling, verbal communication, and vision requirements
- compliance with state alcohol serving age requirements where applicable

Job Duties
- supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
- recruit, interview, and train employees
- assign and direct work

- address complaints and resolve problems
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior to create a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- assist team members with job duties as needed
- help build store sales through execution of marketing programs
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests, investigate and resolve food quality and service issues
- maintain efficient operations with cost and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor daily food quality and cleanliness standards
- control day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reporting
- manage food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- control labor costs using labor scheduling tools
- perform all other assigned duties
