Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant strongly preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands effectively
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly
- Ability to use close, distance, color, and peripheral vision

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Occasionally assisting team members with category job duties as needed
- Assisting with building store sales by ensuring execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Investigating and resolving food quality/service issues to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
- Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforcing safe work behaviors to maintain a safe environment for guests and crew
- Monitoring daily activities for quality food and cleanliness standards
- Controlling day-to-day operations with cash control/security procedures, financial report reviews, and scheduling
- Controlling food costs through recipes, portion control, and inventory management
- Controlling labor costs by monitoring schedules and sales performance using labor scheduling tools
- Performing all other duties as assigned
