Job Requirements

  • 2 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a variety of tasks
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Lead and motivate team members with passion and dedication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
  • Collaborate with home office support to maximize operational success
  • Oversee restaurant performance and drive business results
  • Maintain a caring attitude with a focus on hospitality
