Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • able to complete all required company training programs
  • ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment including prolonged walking, standing, lifting, and bending
  • capable of working indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures
  • able to work with food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • self-driven, flexible, and energetic
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • problem-solving and goal-setting skills
  • ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • flexible and energetic with a strong work ethic
  • knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting operations and safety standards
  • use required tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution
  • direct crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
  • utilize reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
  • authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
  • ensure cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
  • complete other duties as assigned
