Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience managing teams
  • knowledge of health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • One year or more of high-volume restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching and leadership skills
  • organized and deadline-oriented
  • ability to master multiple restaurant positions
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience managing large teams
  • familiarity with kitchen operations including ordering and inventory

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • manage daily operations including inventory, ordering, and kitchen oversight
  • provide effective coaching and feedback to team members
  • build strong relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience
  • maintain organized workflows and meet operational deadlines
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle scheduling and administrative tasks
