Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage with an interest in pairing and luxury service
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-volume, detail-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership capabilities with a guest-focused approach
  • Experience handling financial duties like scheduling and purchasing
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of fine dining restaurant management experience

  • Experience with financial accountability, including scheduling and purchasing

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations within the restaurant and support service across multiple outlets as needed
  • Lead by example on the floor, embodying refined, gracious hospitality during service
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to uphold luxury service standards and detailed steps of service
  • Partner with the GM, AGM, and culinary leadership to align service with Marcel's fine dining vision
  • Maintain guest relations with professionalism, handling concerns with discretion and solution-oriented leadership
  • Support financial performance through cost control, purchasing, and scheduling
  • Assist with private, semi-private, and hosted dining activations in collaboration with the events team
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards are consistently maintained
