Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • Current Manager ServSafe Certification or willing to obtain by end of training period
  • Must have and maintain valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Flexible and long hours required at times
  • Able to stand during entire shift exerting up to 50 pounds
  • Capable to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen area during shift
  • Able to operate front and back office computer systems and kitchen equipment
  • Able to reach overhead, bend, crouch, lift, stand, sit, twist, and communicate with co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • Current Manager ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within training period
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Ability to operate restaurant computer systems and equipment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to physically manage restaurant duties throughout shift

Job Duties

  • Train and develop team members to uphold quality food and guest experience standards
  • Provide leadership to promote professional and personal growth among staff
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team to foster a positive and motivating work environment
  • Manage use and maintenance of front and back office systems and food preparation equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist in achieving financial goals of the restaurant
