- college degree or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
- at least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
- must possess a valid Driver's License in good standing

Job Duties
- support the General Manager by coaching the team
- create a fun and inviting work environment where team members feel respected and valued
- identify 5 Star Talent and assign the right people to the right roles through effective scheduling
- manage daily operations and staff with support from General Manager or District Manager
- drive sales and profits
- oversee staffing, hiring, and training of team members
- ensure excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- foster teamwork and complete required administrative tasks
