Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- For alcohol serving locations, meet state mandated age requirements to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods without rest
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands
- Ability to use hands for finger, handle, or feel objects and controls
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate
- Ability to use close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Ability to freely access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum two years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant staff and operations in compliance with company policies and laws
- Recruit, interview, and train employees
- Assign and direct work
- Appraise performance and manage rewards and disciplinary measures
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
- Model professional behavior and create a hospitable atmosphere
- Assist team members with job duties when needed
- Build store sales by executing marketing programs
- Promote sales-building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Greet guests and resolve food quality and service issues
- Maintain efficient operations with cost controls and profit management
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, health and safety codes, and company security policies
- Enforce safe work behaviors
- Monitor quality food and cleanliness standards
- Control cash, review financial reports, and manage schedules
- Manage food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory
- Monitor labor costs and adjust schedules based on sales performance
- Perform other duties as assigned
