Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Current alcohol and food certifications required
- Formal culinary training preferred
- Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Strong leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts positively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment
