Job Duties
- Perform open, mid-day, and closing duties
- Conduct daily team briefings
- Manage repair and maintenance issues
- Oversee restaurant risk review audits and implement changes
- Manage local marketing, sales building, and community involvement
- Facilitate and participate in continued education programs
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and laws
- Make recommendations on team member development, promotion, and disciplinary action
- Recommend hiring and termination to general manager
- Collaborate with team member relations and management on investigations
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor food and beverage quality and execution
- Conduct quarterly food reviews
- Prepare and receive food and beverage orders
- Conduct weekly inventories and assess ordering patterns
- Monitor and validate daily prep production
- Coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members
- Promote team member recognition
- Train, coach, and develop team members for Gold Standard service
- Manage guest relations and guest recovery
