Job Duties
- Lead department-level restaurant operations
- Demonstrate leadership aligned with the Bahama Breeze Way
- Ensure consistent delivery of a Caribbean guest experience
- Manage operations through established systems, methods, and procedures
- Drive sustained growth in sales and profits
- Lead and develop the restaurant team
- Report and collaborate with the General Manager
