Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management
- Knowledge of luxury hotel service standards and hospitality
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with reservation and POS systems
- Food Manager Certification required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing a fine dining restaurant, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of upscale service techniques, wine programs, and modern gastronomy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable), POS systems, and MS Office
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Food Manager Certification
- Professional certifications such as WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers are an advantage
Job Duties
- Ensure all guests receive a personalized, memorable fine-dining experience
- Maintain and enforce 5-star service standards and etiquette
- Engage with guests regularly, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor ambiance, table settings, music, lighting, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including reservations, seating, service flow, and closing procedures
- Coordinate with culinary, sommelier, bar, and banquet teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, wine lists, seasonal specials, and chef's tasting menus
