Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management
  • Knowledge of luxury hotel service standards and hospitality
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with reservation and POS systems
  • Food Manager Certification required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing a fine dining restaurant, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of upscale service techniques, wine programs, and modern gastronomy
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills
  • Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable), POS systems, and MS Office
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Professional certifications such as WSET or Court of Master Sommeliers are an advantage

Job Duties

  • Ensure all guests receive a personalized, memorable fine-dining experience
  • Maintain and enforce 5-star service standards and etiquette
  • Engage with guests regularly, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor ambiance, table settings, music, lighting, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including reservations, seating, service flow, and closing procedures
  • Coordinate with culinary, sommelier, bar, and banquet teams for smooth service delivery
  • Maintain full knowledge of menu items, wine lists, seasonal specials, and chef's tasting menus
