Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • current Manager ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain by end of training period
  • must have and maintain valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • driving history acceptable to the company
  • flexible and long hours required at times
  • able to stand during entire shift exerting up to 50 pounds
  • capable to maneuver throughout dining and kitchen areas
  • able to operate front and back office computer systems and all office, cleaning, cooking and food preparation equipment
  • able to reach overhead, bend below waist, crouch, lift, stand, sit, twist and communicate intentions to co-workers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years management experience in a full-service restaurant or related field
  • current Manager ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain during training
  • valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
  • acceptable driving history
  • ability to operate front and back office computer systems and food preparation equipment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
