Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 plus years of restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of Cracker Barrel management experience
  • ability to work 50 hours a week including weekends and holidays
  • strong leadership skills
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to manage operational and team responsibilities effectively

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • minimum 1 year of Cracker Barrel experience preferred
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest service
  • manage inventory and maintain operational efficiency
  • ensure compliance with company standards and health regulations
  • foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and respect
  • handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
