Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and consistency
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Implement training programs and operational standards
- Oversee guest service to guarantee outstanding dining experiences
- Monitor inventory and control costs to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth workflow
- Conduct performance reviews and support career development of team members
