Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
  • Implement and adhere to training systems for employees
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management and Team Leader positions
  • Ensure execution of "My Promise to You" and the Service Profit Chain
  • Create an employee-friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
  • Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance
  • Treat employees with respect and dignity
  • Recognize and reward employees regularly
  • Manage daily activities to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensure delivery of excellent guest service and food quality
  • Review and modify practices to improve guest experience
  • Maintain visibility and interaction with guests
  • Respond professionally to guest concerns and complaints
  • Ensure management and crew understand and operate all systems correctly
  • Maintain brand image of cleanliness, maintenance, and service
  • Serve as a role model for excellent guest service
  • Utilize management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
  • Identify trends and implement action plans for improvement
  • Use data to analyze business results and consult with regional resources
  • Focus on increasing sales and profitability by executing the Service Profit Chain
  • Consider cost/benefit impact of financial decisions
