Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure quality service and financial performance
- Build, motivate, and develop team members to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards following company and CDC COVID-19 protocols
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory control to optimize restaurant efficiency
- Enhance guest satisfaction through effective service recovery and engagement
- Support recruitment, training, and retention of quality staff
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement company policies and promote career advancement opportunities
