Job Duties

  • Manage all facets of the successful operations for one Arby’s Restaurant
  • Provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
  • Oversee all aspects in generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively
  • Operate in accordance with federal and state laws and operational standards manual
  • Motivate and lead the team to maintain high customer service and safety standards
  • Conduct staff training and development programs
  • Monitor inventory and manage costs effectively
