Job Duties
- Manage all facets of the successful operations for one Arby’s Restaurant
- Provide a high level of leadership to the restaurant and the employees
- Oversee all aspects in generating sales and profit growth efficiently and effectively
- Operate in accordance with federal and state laws and operational standards manual
- Motivate and lead the team to maintain high customer service and safety standards
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Monitor inventory and manage costs effectively
