Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume operations
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, health department regulations, and liquor laws
  • Tech savvy with strong attention to detail
  • Sommelier certification or strong wine and spirits knowledge preferred
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to remain calm while navigating ambiguity
  • Experience with banquets, private events, or union environments is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and support the front-of-house team to deliver elevated service and maintain consistent training standards
  • Oversee daily operations including service execution, inventory, staff scheduling, and financial performance
  • Partner with culinary and property leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences across all meal periods
  • Manage hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and other employee lifecycle activities
  • Support special events, activations, and guest engagement initiatives
