Job Requirements
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume operations
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, health department regulations, and liquor laws
- Tech savvy with strong attention to detail
- Sommelier certification or strong wine and spirits knowledge preferred
- Proven leadership skills and ability to remain calm while navigating ambiguity
- Experience with banquets, private events, or union environments is a plus

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and support the front-of-house team to deliver elevated service and maintain consistent training standards
- Oversee daily operations including service execution, inventory, staff scheduling, and financial performance
- Partner with culinary and property leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences across all meal periods
- Manage hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and other employee lifecycle activities
- Support special events, activations, and guest engagement initiatives
