Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate restaurant team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage employee schedules and labor costs effectively
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support store managers with operational and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the home office and utilize available resources to meet business goals
