Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work
  • Appraise performance
  • Reward and discipline employees
  • Address complaints and resolve problems
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure job success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Assist team members with category job duties as needed
  • Assist with building store sales by executing corporate and local marketing programs
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service issues with 100% guest satisfaction
  • Assist with efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensure OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Control day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
  • Control food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
  • Control labor costs with effective scheduling
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
