Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • successful completion of alcohol and food certification (ServSafe) within 60 days
  • successful completion of Bricktown Brewery Manager in Training program
  • ability to walk and stand up to 10 hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability to work 50+ hours per week including weekends
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to operate Point of Sale systems and handle cash

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year working in restaurant environment
  • restaurant management experience preferred
  • 2 year hospitality degree preferred
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • knowledge of guest service principles
  • effective communication skills
  • aptitude for driving sales and guest retention
  • food and beverage preparation knowledge
  • coaching and performance management ability
  • ability to analyze financial information and adhere to budgets
  • decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
  • working knowledge of restaurant equipment and health codes
  • time management skills
  • proficiency with Ctuit, Aloha POS, Excel, Word, Ops Analytica, and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Execute daily restaurant operations including supervision of hourly team members
  • assist General Manager with sales initiatives and goal execution
  • support all FOH operations including systems adherence, health inspections, order guides, sales services, quality control of beer, and food safety sanitation
  • oversee food presentation to ensure compliance with Bricktown Brewery specifications
  • monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and serving
  • maintain building, equipment, and supply levels through coordination of repairs and basic maintenance
  • handle guest complaints professionally to ensure timely recovery
  • ensure a safe working and guest environment and complete accident reports as needed
  • communicate team member issues to management through meetings and digital logs
  • sign off FOH and BOH team members at shift end
  • follow company procedures including crisis management
  • complete Manager in Training projects
  • assist in ensuring success of training programs
  • assist in writing employee schedules based on budget
  • support financial, HR, and payroll administrative duties
  • strictly follow cash handling and security procedures
  • monitor expenditures, invoice coding, sales projections, and cost management
  • perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
