- support the general manager by coaching the team and creating a respectful and inviting work environment
- identify 5 star talent and schedule the right people in the right positions at the right times
- manage daily operations and staff under the guidance of the general or district manager
- drive sales and profits by maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
- hire and train team members effectively
- foster teamwork among staff
- complete administrative tasks required for the position
