  • must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions and functions
  • must possess a valid driver's license in good standing

  • support the general manager by coaching the team and creating a respectful and inviting work environment
  • identify 5 star talent and schedule the right people in the right positions at the right times
  • manage daily operations and staff under the guidance of the general or district manager
  • drive sales and profits by maintaining excellent food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • hire and train team members effectively
  • foster teamwork among staff
  • complete administrative tasks required for the position
