Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle for business tasks
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and motivate employees
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
  • Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • Must be ServSafe certified
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in basic math and computer applications
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • Monitor staffing levels and implement employee training systems
  • Manage daily activities to ensure excellent restaurant operational performance
  • Provide exceptional guest experience and respond to guest concerns
  • Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
