Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- Ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- Ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and motor vehicle
- Willingness to use personal vehicle for business tasks
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage conflict and motivate employees
- Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
- Minimum 3 years management experience with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- Must be ServSafe certified
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math and computer applications
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- Monitor staffing levels and implement employee training systems
- Manage daily activities to ensure excellent restaurant operational performance
- Provide exceptional guest experience and respond to guest concerns
- Analyze operational and financial performance and implement improvement plans
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and food quality standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
