Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must be 100% certified in all workstations if internal promote
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- willingness to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of the shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- must complete Restaurant Manager training
- must have ServSafe certification
- ability to travel to other restaurants or business locations as required
- valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
- demonstrate discretion and independent judgment
- strong organizational and planning skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promote
- 3+ years experience managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility for external recruit
- completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to perform basic math operations
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- proficiency with personal computers and related software
- ability to manage conflict and motivate employees
- strong ethical standards and integrity
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and develop internal candidates for leadership roles
- ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- manage daily operations to achieve excellence in service and food quality
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- respond to guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
- analyze operational and financial performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
- develop and execute action plans for increasing sales and profitability
- motivate and inspire employees for high performance
- maintain visibility and interaction with guests
- serve as a role model for service excellence
- adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements
- manage costs and monitor adherence to budget and restaurant goals
- perform other related duties as assigned
