Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • must be 100% certified in all workstations if internal promote
  • ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
  • willingness to stand and walk approximately 85-95% of the shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
  • must complete Restaurant Manager training
  • must have ServSafe certification
  • ability to travel to other restaurants or business locations as required
  • valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
  • ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities
  • demonstrate discretion and independent judgment
  • strong organizational and planning skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum of 1 year experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promote
  • 3+ years experience managing a service concept with full P and L responsibility for external recruit
  • completion of restaurant manager training classes
  • ServSafe certification
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to perform basic math operations
  • proven analytical and organizational skills
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • proficiency with personal computers and related software
  • ability to manage conflict and motivate employees
  • strong ethical standards and integrity

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and develop internal candidates for leadership roles
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • manage daily operations to achieve excellence in service and food quality
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
  • respond to guest concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • analyze operational and financial performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
  • develop and execute action plans for increasing sales and profitability
  • motivate and inspire employees for high performance
  • maintain visibility and interaction with guests
  • serve as a role model for service excellence
  • adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements
  • manage costs and monitor adherence to budget and restaurant goals
  • perform other related duties as assigned
