Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to perform basic math
- Ability to lift 10 to 65 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk majority of the shift
- Willingness to accept responsibility and work independently
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma G E D or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years experience as an associate manager or 2 years as a first assistant manager for internal promotion
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- Must be 18 years or older
- Completion of restaurant manager training classes required
- ServSafe certification required
- Ability to speak read and write effectively in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- Proven analytical skills
- Good organization and planning skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility
- Proficient with personal computers and related software applications
- Must possess a valid driver's license insurance and use personal vehicle for bank deposits and business travel
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to stand and walk 85 to 95 percent of the shift
- Ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard
Job Duties
- Recruits selects trains develops and evaluates restaurant employees
- Monitors staffing levels to ensure sufficient development and talent
- Ensures systems for training employees on workstations are fully implemented and adhered to
- Identifies and develops internal candidates for management and team leader positions
- Manages daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Provides exceptional guest service and ensures food quality and safety compliance
- Reviews practices and modifies as needed to continuously improve guest experience
- Responds to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizes management information tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- Implements action plans based on data analysis for improving sales and profitability
- Monitors costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals
- Creates a positive restaurant environment that is employee friendly fun clean and safe
- Motivates and inspires employees to achieve high performance
- Treats all employees with respect and dignity and regularly recognizes and rewards employees
- Complies with all labor laws and regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
