Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry
- strong understanding of payroll, budgeting, and cost control
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in restaurant management software

Job Duties
- Interview and select staff
- train, supervise, counsel, and discipline employees
- institute ongoing training programs to maintain high quality service standards
- maintain rapport with all departments and attend relevant meetings
- monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met
- provide guidance for improvements and consistency adjustments
- maintain profitability and control payroll and equipment costs
- evaluate cost effectiveness of all operations
- develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
- create forecasts and revenue reports
- write correspondence
