Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and walk long periods
- Ability to push, lift, carry, and transfer up to 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands for handling objects and controls
- Ability to bend and stoop
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly
- Visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Ability to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Compliance with alcohol serving age requirements where applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work

- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members for job success and guest satisfaction
- Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Assisting with category job duties as needed
- Assisting with building store sales
- Ensuring timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Investigating and resolving food quality and service issues
- Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, health and safety codes, and company safety policies are met
- Enforcing safe work behaviors
- Monitoring daily activities for food quality and cleanliness
- Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control and financial reports
- Controlling food costs through recipe adherence, portion control, and inventory management
- Controlling labor costs through monitoring schedules and sales performance
- Performing all other duties as assigned
