Job Duties
- Hire, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate managers and hourly team members in the store
- Ensure that the restaurant is safe and professional and that guests and employees are having fun
- Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly team members for smooth shift operations
- Oversee and ensure hourly team members' performance meets company expectations through follow-up and communication
- Respond to immediate store needs as they arise
- Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store and ensure compliance
- Report information to the General Manager through plans of action, goals, and suggestions
