Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike corporate McDonald's USA locations, this franchise is a separate entity with its own management and hiring processes. As a franchise restaurant, it utilizes the well-known McDonald's logos and food products but maintains autonomy over staffing, employment decisions, and day-to-day operations. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • prior General Manager experience required
  • previous experience managing high volume restaurant or retail operations
  • ability to work independently and lead teams
  • strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • availability to work flexible hours
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a General Manager
  • experience running high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail considered
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching
  • improve departmental performance through effective leadership
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
