Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of one year of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • experience managing inventory and ordering
  • ability to work onsite full-time

  • one or more years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
  • strong coaching and leadership skills
  • organized and deadline-oriented
  • ability to master all restaurant positions
  • excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • knowledge of kitchen operations including ordering and inventory

Job Duties

  • lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • coach and mentor team members to drive performance and growth
  • manage restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and ordering
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
  • handle administrative tasks such as using Microsoft Office
  • foster positive relationships with guests and staff
