Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of previous restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management and drivers of restaurant profitability
- Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long or irregular shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required, two years of college preferred
- One to two years of restaurant management experience
- Strong understanding of P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage restaurant profitability and P&L statements
- Drive sales through guest service and operations management
- Motivate team to exceed guest expectations
- Manage guest experience and resolve issues promptly
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members
- Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team capabilities
- Ensure compliance with laws and operational standards
- Perform duties of Assistant Manager and Shift Coordinator as needed
