Job Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years of age
  • At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
  • Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Results driven and team oriented

  • Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Support the management team in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure effective operations with consistent high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in training, development, and recognition of team members
  • Promote and support a 5-star guest experience
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills within the team
  • Manage high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment effectively
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations
