- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
- successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties
- manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house
- assist general manager in staff selection and training
- ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy
- oversee vendor relationships and payments
- promote the business and increase sales and profits
- ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
- assist in payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
