  • high school diploma or ged
  • 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast paced environment
  • successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
  • must be 21 years of age or older

  • basic knowledge in microsoft word and excel
  • general knowledge in full service restaurant operations and hospitality industry

  • strong operational skills in a customer service and hospitality environment

  • intermediate mathematical computation skills
  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • ability to build relationships at all levels
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • ability to manage changing priorities

Job Duties

  • manage performance of hourly employees with emphasis on front of house
  • assist general manager in staff selection and training
  • ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy
  • oversee vendor relationships and payments
  • promote the business and increase sales and profits
  • ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand integrity
  • assist in payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
