Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to give effective feedback
- Organized and deadline-oriented with a focus on driving results
- Willingness to master every position in the restaurant
- Ability to build relationships with guests and team members
- Humble and eager to learn within a dynamic restaurant group
- Experience managing a large team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in the kitchen and skilled at ordering and inventory
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume restaurant or hospitality management
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience managing large teams and diverse staff
- Knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members by providing effective feedback and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and kitchen operations to maintain quality and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with guests and team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity and control costs
- Maintain organization and focus on achieving deadlines and operational goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
